Flow Gel is a perfect fit for athletes who ‘decouple’ their fuel and hydration; since their fuel isn’t mixed into their drinks, they’ll need a lot of carb coming in from somewhere else. Carrying all of that fuel is made easy with Flow Gel, and it still has the same easily digestible formula of our regular Gel.

The PF 300 Flow Gel enables you to easily decant 300g of carb into a single bottle or flask. That's equivalent to 10 x PF 30 Gels, or a little over 3 x PF 90 Gels.
It's been developed to flow more freely than our standard gel, so there's no need to add any water. Simply decant it into your bottle and sip on it as required to hit your numbers.
Flow Gel works best with a Flow Bottle or Flow Flask. Use the graduated scale on the side to easily track how much fuel you're taking in. We tested hundreds of bottles and flasks to find the one with the best flow.
Top tip: rinse your bottle or flask with water BEFORE filling with gel for optimal flow.
