During exercise, athletes need ‘quick carbs’ that can be easily digested and absorbed to deliver energy fast. Sports nutrition products, like these Gels made up of glucose and fructose, fit that description. PF 90s are an easier way to pack three of our 30g gel servings in one. The resealable cap means they don’t have to take it all at once either, which is especially helpful for those working on gut training.

Unscrew the resealable cap and squeeze the gel into your mouth in stages. Reseal and crack on until you need more fuel, then repeat. Oh, and don't be a numpty, dispose of the empty packet responsibly... Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of young children.
