Sports nutrition products, like these Gels made up of glucose and fructose, fit that description. Each 30 gram dose is neutral in flavour and palatable enough to consume even when working hard, a stark contrast to some strong tasting, gunky textured gels out there!

Tear open and squeeze the gel into your mouth in stages.
Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of young children.
