PH 1000 is a strong electrolyte drink designed to help you stay hydrated when you're sweating. Dissolve 1 tablet in 500ml of water.

PH 1000 is for the average sweater, delivering a relative sodium concentration representative of the most common sweat sodium results we see across thousands of Sweat Tests. Maybe your customer notices some white marks on their cap but doesn’t struggle with cramp and would describe themselves as a moderate-heavy sweater. In this case, recommend PH 1000. It can also be a starting product for those who have absolutely no clue how salty their sweat is. The tablets make it easy to keep fuel and hydration separate so an athlete can drink as much or as little as they need without impacting carb intake. 1 tablet (1 serving) contains 500mg of sodium, as it is designed to be mixed in 500ml/16oz of water to achieve the relative concentration of 1000mg of sodium per 1L/32oz.
