PH 1500 is a very strong electrolyte drink designed to help you start hydrated (and stay that way once you're sweating, if you're a heavy/salty sweater). Dissolve 1 tablet in 500ml of water.

If an athlete is a very salty sweater, they will need a higher concentration of sodium in their drinks, meaning PH 1500 is the right choice. Customers who complain of cramp, dizziness, sweat burning in their eyes and extra heavy sweat losses are the perfect candidates for PH 1500. This product can also be used before or after exercise as a way to start optimally hydrated or rehydrate quickly. The tablets make it easy to keep fuel and hydration separate so an athlete can drink as much or as little as they need without impacting carb intake. 1 tablet (1 serving) contains 750mg of sodium, as it is designed to be mixed in 500ml/16oz of water to achieve the relative concentration of 1500mg of sodium per 1L/32oz.
